Stelle(2022)
This exhibition features photographs taken in Italy around 2012–2013, processed into deep navy and dark tones resembling the night sky. On top of these images, silver and glossy beads are applied to represent stardust and the twinkling of stars. Excerpts from Italian poetry are collaged into the scenes, guiding the viewer into a dreamlike experience akin to gazing at the night sky, dawn, or twilight. The work expresses a hope for a world where people can freely travel under the same sky, wishing for a return to a situation where the world can be freely traversed under the same sky.Materials and Techniques
